Requirements

Candidates should have experience in Human Resources and experience supporting remote teams is a plus. Familiarity with HR best practices and understanding of relevant federal, state, and local employment laws is required. Proficiency in Mac, Google Suite, Excel, and comfort adapting to new systems are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The People Coordinator will serve as the first line of support for employee questions via Siit.io, Gmail, and Slack, becoming a subject matter expert on Medely’s HR policies and programs. They will manage and maintain employee records and reports, continuously identifying ways to improve efficiency and document security. Additionally, they will support and administer HR tools including the HRIS (Rippling), LMS (Workramp), and performance management platform (Lattice), collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to execute onboarding, employee changes, terminations and scheduling, and complete additional projects as needed.
