Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in employee relations, recruitment, talent management, HR Business Partnering (HRBP) or a similar role
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in HR software and systems for managing employee data and performance metrics

Responsibilities

Assist in conducting surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions; collaborate with CSMs and HR teams to address employee concerns
Oversee the end-to-end administration of the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition for new hires
Design and deliver onboarding programs that familiarize new employees
Support and facilitate the Re-Ignite program, creating a transition process for employees who have been redundated but are eligible for re-profiling to new client roles
Support the team to create new programs to help the current Re-Ignite program and make reports for management
Promote initiatives that enhance work-life balance, mental health, and overall employee well-being
Support organizing town halls, team-building events, and feedback sessions to encourage open dialogue, as needed
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Re-Ignite program, onboarding, and offboarding
