Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or relevant corporate support roles
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Dayforce, Workday), reporting tools, AdobeSuite, and Microsoft Office/365 environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline
  • Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-centric
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with a “get-stuff-done” and “figure-stuff-out” mindset
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a frontline resource for everyday P&C inquiries, providing clear, timely, and helpful guidance
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics including orientation scheduling, documentation collection, system setup, and new hire communications
  • Support offboarding activities, ensuring compliance with internal checklists and documentation standards
  • Maintain employee files (electronic and physical) in adherence to privacy and retention requirements
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure data integrity across all P&C systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.)
  • Prepare confidential employee correspondence including letters, contracts, and policy documents
  • Maintain the P&C Portal to ensure employee information is accurate and up to date
  • Support generation of regular reporting (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other KPIs)
  • Support employee programs like recognition, engagement, and wellness initiatives to keep the team connected and motivated
  • Support the P&C Business Partner and P&C Advisor by managing candidate pipelines, posting job openings, and coordinating interview logistics
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment requirements as needed
  • Partner with P&C team and hiring leaders to ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience from day-1
  • Validate and submit employee changes (new hires, terminations, job changes) according to payroll cut-offs
  • Support benefits enrolment and life-event updates, ensuring employees receive timely information
  • Respond to routine payroll and benefits inquiries, partnering with Payroll/Finance Team as required
