The compensation range is $85,400 - $100,500.
The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the office. All candidates must be within commutable distance of SEO’s offices at 55 Exchange Place, New York, NY 10005, upon hire.
The role requires expertise in employee relations, conducting investigations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, and knowledge of HR policies including the SEO Employee Handbook and ADA accommodations.
SEO focuses on closing educational and career opportunity gaps for ambitious young people, emphasizing mission, vision, and values while creating an optimal employee experience that attracts, develops, and retains talent.
Strong candidates will have experience building trusting relationships with leaders, advising on end-to-end talent management, handling employee relations investigations, facilitating performance reviews, and partnering on recruitment and onboarding.
