Requirements

  • Knowledge in Spanish labor law and HR processes, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise. Knowledge in additional EU Location labor code will be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in day-to-day tasks to support compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver clear and consistent results
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Proactive attitude, showing initiative in suggesting ideas or approaches to solve problems, while seeking support when appropriate
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English required
  • Knowledge of Workday is a preferred qualification

Responsibilities

  • Acting as first point of contact for employees
  • Assists managers and employees with basic questions or concerns on People & Culture processes and policies, escalating more complex matters where needed
  • Provides accurate responses to queries first time
  • Effectively manages queries through the case management system
  • Collaborates closely with Service team members, P&C Consultants, and People Business Partners, and ensures cases related to data management are directed to the appropriate P&C contact
  • Timely escalates queries to the correct point of contact responder
