High school Diploma or equivalent
Certified by CalMHSA as a Peer Navigator (or Peer Support Specialist certification)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to foster teamwork and cohesiveness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to operate general office equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Responsibilities

Facilitate CBI Life Skills and/or Family Relations classes using evidence-based and standardized curriculum to participants
Conduct class and facilitate individual sessions to develop action plans and/or provide make-up work (does not include developing relapse prevention plans)
Evaluate and document progress of participants assigned to classes
Engage participants daily, reinforce group norms and expectations for participation and completion
Document delivery of CBI programming services in ARMS
Work collaboratively with CDCR/CCHCS headquarters, local institution, and CDCR contracted staff
Perform other related duties as assigned
