Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent knowledge/experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of consultative sales experience, including strategic selling and negotiation
  • Proven track record in healthcare sales, preferably in capital equipment or clinical solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales teams and driving performance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to travel as required within the assigned geography
  • Proficiency in English and local language (as applicable)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of product specialists across the PCS portfolio within the assigned geography
  • Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to deliver on the Operating Plan, including orders, revenue, and margin targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital executives, clinical leaders, and channel partners
  • Drive commercial excellence through the use of CRM tools (e.g., SFDC), sales analytics, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Modality, Service, Marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless customer experience and solution delivery
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Lead complex sales cycles and negotiations, including multi-modality and enterprise-level deals
  • Champion a culture of compliance, integrity, and quality in all commercial activities
  • Represent GE Healthcare at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to elevate brand presence and thought leadership
  • Adhere to GE Healthcare’s Quality Management System, policies, and applicable regulations
  • Complete all required compliance and quality training within designated timelines
  • Proactively identify and escalate quality or compliance concerns
  • Ensure accurate order configuration and documentation aligned with customer requirements
