The Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting payroll compliance operations for the EMEA region. This includes addressing payroll tax queries, providing operational and client escalation support, conducting in-depth research to facilitate global expansion projects, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Robust payroll knowledge, preferably across multiple countries.
  • Ability to research and interpret payroll regulations in various jurisdictions.
  • Hands-on payroll processing experience is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Payroll Compliance team and other internal divisions to understand and document country-specific payroll compliance requirements.
  • Address payroll tax queries.
  • Provide operational and client escalation support.
  • Conduct in-depth research to facilitate global expansion projects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of compliance documentation.
