Responsibilities

Provide exceptional email and phone support for customers
Provide solutions to questions regarding deductions, garnishments, BambooHR payroll software, etc
Research solutions to challenging problems clients face
Help clients integrate and utilize the software in the best way possible
Engage in extensive client interactions, providing expert guidance on payroll processing
Ensure compliance with tax liabilities and set up benefit deductions
Troubleshoot software issues
Meet performance metrics as the primary point of contact for resolving complex payroll inquiries
Do focused work Monday through Friday (no weekends)
