What this job can offer you

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global Payroll Operations team during a period of significant growth. You will contribute to shaping the future of Global Payroll by elevating industry processes and ways of working.


What you bring

  • Experience with in-house payroll processing for X.
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements to work processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure the timely submission of payroll-related data to service providers, statutory filing requirements, and payroll approvals.
  • Coordinate and manage existing relationships with payroll, accounting, and benefits service providers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their monthly payroll cycles.
  • Maintain full data integrity throughout all payroll processes.
  • Develop new processes from the ground up and focus on continuous improvement.

  • You'll report to: Payroll Operations Manager
  • Team: Operations - Payroll
  • Location: This role can be fulfilled from any location, but knowledge of country payroll and the relevant language is required.
  • Start date: As soon as possible
