Global Payroll Specialist

Candidates should possess at least four years of experience processing payroll, along with experience in a multi-national shared service environment and a professional payroll qualification. They should also have a background in Payroll, HR, Finance, or Systems with an understanding of core payroll competencies.
The Payroll Specialist will ensure timely receipt and delivery of payroll data in accordance with payroll schedules, engaging with local in-country payroll providers to meet delivery timelines while minimizing escalations. They will be responsible for timely and accurate submission of all payroll data to required partners and/or clients, ensuring on-time receipt and delivery of net pay and payroll reports in line with agreed-upon schedules, and performing reconciliation and validation of data according to predefined payroll processing procedures and standards.
