Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in payroll operations, finance, or a related field, proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, or SAP, and experience with databases, Excel (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Macros), and reconciliation tools. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and clear communication are also required, along with a commitment to handling sensitive payroll information with discretion.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Operations Specialist will reconcile payroll reports, investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll data, verify payroll adjustments and tax withholdings, upload payslips and payroll data into databases, maintain and update payroll records, identify opportunities to optimize payroll processes, assist in payroll audits and reporting, and ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies. They will also work closely with internal teams and external payroll providers to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
