The Payroll Implementation Manager will oversee the entire payroll implementation process for Deel's clients, from project setup and kick-off meetings to data migration and system configuration. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project plans, managing client communications and expectations, defining payroll processes, ensuring timely payroll calendar management, documenting all project details, and facilitating the go-live transition and client sign-off.
