The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience in overseeing payroll system implementations and data migration. Experience in system setup, parallel payroll processing, and generating reports for data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation is also required. Familiarity with GL report mapping is a plus.
The Payroll Implementation Manager is responsible for organizing and running kickoff meetings, delivering successful payroll implementations, and managing project plans. They will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to guide clients through setup and migration, define and set up payroll processes, and establish payroll and data requirements. This role involves managing client payroll calendars, maintaining detailed project documentation, configuring systems and interfaces for parallel and live payroll, and ensuring smooth go-live transitions with client sign-off.
