Requirements

The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience in overseeing payroll system implementations and data migrations, managing the full payroll implementation process, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience in defining and setting up payroll processes, establishing payroll and data requirements, and managing client payroll calendars is necessary. The role also requires maintaining detailed project documentation, configuring interfaces, reports, and system configurations for parallel and live payroll, and generating reports for payroll data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Implementation Manager is responsible for organizing and running kick-off meetings, delivering payroll implementations, and creating, maintaining, and managing project plans for successful client roll-outs. They will support project review calls, coordinate project streams, manage scope changes, and define/set-up agreed client payroll processes. This role involves configuring systems for parallel and live payroll, managing the go-live transition and sign-off, documenting client-specific needs and processes, and mapping GL reports if required.
