Requirements

The Payroll Implementation Manager must have experience overseeing successful payroll system implementations and data migrations. They should be adept at managing the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer, system configuration, and seamless transitions. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration, and offering ongoing support and training are essential.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Implementation Manager will organize and run kick-off meetings, deliver implementations, and create, maintain, and manage project plans for successful client roll-outs. They will support project review calls, coordinate project streams, manage changes to scope and schedule, and define/set up client payroll processes and data requirements. This role involves managing client payroll calendars, maintaining detailed project documentation, configuring interfaces, reports, and systems for parallel and live payroll, and working with clients for project sign-off and documentation of client-specific needs. The manager will also be responsible for generating reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data, and mapping GL reports if required.
