The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems, leading and managing the full payroll implementation process, and ensuring accurate data transfer and system configuration. Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders are essential, along with the ability to define and set up client payroll processes and manage payroll calendars effectively. Experience in documenting project plans, status reports, and process documentation is also required.
As the Payroll Implementation Manager, you will work with the onboarding team and clients to organize and run kick-off meetings, create and maintain project plans, support project review calls, manage project scope and schedule, define and set up client payroll processes, ensure timely payroll calendar management, maintain detailed project documentation, configure interfaces and reports, manage the parallel payroll process, work with clients to sign-off on projects and document client-specific needs, and generate reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data.
