Responsibilities

Assisting in the delivery of efficient and comprehensive tele-optometry exams utilizing state-of-the-art optical and telemedicine equipment
Assisting the team in growing the number of exams delivered
Providing support to Members in making eyeglass adjustments and repairs
Enthusiastically greeting patients inside BJ’s Optical and identifying patient vision needs through open-ended questions
Promoting eye exam availability to BJ’s members and their families
Fostering strong partnerships with optical team members and optometrists
Assisting in scheduling eye exam appointments and entering patient information
