Requirements

Independently licensed in Arkansas (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC) with an independent clinical license in good standing
Reside in one of the 50 U.S. states (not territories)
Available to offer at least 5 sessions per week, with ability to flex up when needed (night and weekend flexibility a plus)
3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
Experience with risk management and higher acuity cases
Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, etc.) and measurement-based care
Knowledge, ability, and commitment to providing culturally responsive care
Ability and willingness to deliver concurrent documentation (notes included in session rate)
Willingness and confidence to integrate cutting-edge technology into care
Tech-savviness with familiarity in care delivery technology (various applications, tech tools, Google web-apps, video conferencing, EMR, etc.)
Safe, secure location with reliable internet for Zoom-based psychotherapy
Effective communication skills and ability to work within interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, innovative tele-therapy to Headspace patients via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing
Complete, sign, and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of each session (included in session rate)
Maintain personalized database with proof of licensure, updates, expiration dates, and personal information
Keep availability calendar up to date
Stay in regular communication with clinical leadership, checking emails timely and responding within 24 hours (even if not working)
Work collaboratively with care team (health coaches, therapists, psychiatrists, external providers)
