This role administratively coordinates and monitors the patient's journey throughout their experience. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing documentation, coordinating insurance and pre-certifications, and following up on diagnostic testing. The Coordinator will serve as the primary administrative contact for patients, offering concierge-like service and access. This position is also responsible for monitoring insurance and billing issues, coordinating test results, and managing pre-certification/insurance status and appeals. The Coordinator will manage the administrative flow of the patient experience and report to the Practice Coordinator and/or Practice Manager.
