  • Process prescription changes
  • Troubleshoot pump issues
  • Triage calls to various departments
  • Verify patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate shipment
  • Pump troubleshooting
  • Answer questions from patients and caregivers on their admissions status
  • Initiate referral process for patients
