A personal dedication to work safety and accountability is also required.
The Parts Counter Specialist will provide superior customer service by greeting customers warmly and eagerly assisting them, asking questions to accurately identify machine make/model/serial numbers, investigating part needs, fulfilling parts orders, coordinating logistics, managing inventory, utilizing resources to identify parts, and collecting customer payment information/POs and managing past due accounts.
