Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing referral and channel partners, ensuring consistent communication and engagement
  • Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day partner support and updates
  • Conduct regular check-ins and identify opportunities for partners to grow their engagement
  • Ensure partners have the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to represent Keep effectively
  • Track partner performance metrics and referral outcomes to assess effectiveness
  • Maintain up-to-date partner information and documentation in CRM tools
  • Identify inactive or underperforming partners and create reactivation strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless referral handoffs and reporting accuracy
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align on campaigns, incentives, and communications
  • Surface insights and feedback from partners that can inform Keep’s product and GTM strategy
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and recommend strategic additions to the program
  • Maintain clear visibility into all partner activities and communications
  • Create and refine templates, playbooks, and processes to streamline partner engagement
  • Continuously look for ways to improve how we manage and measure partner relationships
