About the Role

As the ideal candidate, you bring deep expertise in creator communities and stay on the cutting edge of creator and influencer trends, cultural moments, major events, and rising stars. You're fluent in the ever-evolving language of creators and influencers, with a proven ability to ideate and lead high-impact initiatives. You thrive in fast-paced environments, skillfully managing multiple workflows while keeping teams aligned and updated. With a strategic mindset, you know how to evaluate opportunities, prioritize for maximum impact, and adapt quickly to shifting timelines, all while ensuring your team remains aligned and informed. You will report to the Director of North American Partnerships.

You Will:

  • Recruit and engage with the next generation of content creators from various platforms, seeking to make Twitch the most enticing place to stream
  • Stay plugged into creator and influencer trends, new platforms, breakout talent, and cultural moments that shape online communities
  • Onboard and support creators, driving high quality, collaborative content on Twitch
  • Identify and implement innovative ways to support creators on-platform, enhancing their growth, engagement, and long-term success on Twitch
  • Evangelize Twitch with the creator community while serving as their voice internally

You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, or community management
  • A strong understanding of the creator economy and a genuine passion for livestreaming, internet culture, and the evolving needs of creators
  • A detail-oriented and organized approach, with the ability to support multiple projects and priorities across teams and timelines
  • A proactive mindset, comfortably navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion to support and grow emerging creators, with a deep desire to help shape the future of Twitch

Bonus Points

  • Existing relationships with a wide variety of content creators across platforms
  • Intimate knowledge of the latest content trends across platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  • Experience with streaming tools and creator monetization strategies

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $59,000 - $119,600 USD per year
  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
