Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new partners by developing strategies and actions to bring effective partners into the portfolio
Define partners' onboarding process and establish and manage it to ensure smooth and successful cooperation
Activate, support, and develop partnerships by engaging with partners actively and providing ongoing support for long-term development
Collaborate with other marketing teams to deliver and distribute content effectively for partner use
Drive partner segmentation and create strategies to maximize company objectives through all partnerships
Maintain and develop existing partners by building and expanding relationships with current partners in the portfolio
Monitor and manage partners' performance to ensure quality and timely delivery
Regularly review partnerships KPIs, continuously assess them, and challenge the status quo for improvement
Monitor and manage partner satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns regularly
Own process automation and efficiency by leading efforts to automate partnership processes and improve operational efficiency
Monitor competition activities to stay informed about competitors’ partnership activities and maintain a competitive edge
Be a single point of contact for top partners, serving as the main contact and quickly responding to their needs
Monitor partnership channel spending, track it, implement effective remuneration models for partners, and suggest budget and performance optimization
