Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new partners by developing strategies and actions to bring effective partners into the portfolio
  • Define partners' onboarding process and establish and manage it to ensure smooth and successful cooperation
  • Activate, support, and develop partnerships by engaging with partners actively and providing ongoing support for long-term development
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to deliver and distribute content effectively for partner use
  • Drive partner segmentation and create strategies to maximize company objectives through all partnerships
  • Maintain and develop existing partners by building and expanding relationships with current partners in the portfolio
  • Monitor and manage partners' performance to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Regularly review partnerships KPIs, continuously assess them, and challenge the status quo for improvement
  • Monitor and manage partner satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns regularly
  • Own process automation and efficiency by leading efforts to automate partnership processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor competition activities to stay informed about competitors’ partnership activities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Be a single point of contact for top partners, serving as the main contact and quickly responding to their needs
  • Monitor partnership channel spending, track it, implement effective remuneration models for partners, and suggest budget and performance optimization
