They must have a proven track record of building and managing customer pipelines, ideally with experience in technical sales, solutions, or customer success. Candidates should be comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and technical engineers, and able to translate complex technical details into clear, value-driven messaging.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for evangelizing TiDB’s technical advantages for intelligent platforms and applications, identifying and engaging potential AI-centric customers and partners, managing lead funnels, conducting presentations and demos, collaborating with internal teams to refine value propositions, cultivating partnerships and alliances, serving as the primary point of contact, tracking customer adoption rates, and providing regular reports on customer feedback and market opportunities.
