Requirements

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in international trade, shipping, or supply chain operations
  • Basic understanding of Supply Chain or Logistics processes
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Planning Specialists in their day-to-day and weekly operational activities
  • Arranging and coordinating transports to ensure timely deliveries
  • Driving continuous improvements in the transport booking process
  • Planning and managing future purchase orders (POs)
  • Sending and following up on POs with suppliers
  • Monitoring deliveries and ensuring data accuracy in our systems (S099)
  • Performing data analysis and proposing action plans based on findings
  • Managing master data to ensure quality and efficiency
