Strong experience in managing technical teams and a solid understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP are required.
The Partner Solutions Engineering Leader will drive technical strategy for Snowflake’s engagements with Cloud Services Providers (CSPs), including AWZ, Microsoft, and GCP, collaborating on joint go-to-market strategies and identifying areas of synergy. They will lead and manage a team of solutions engineers, providing mentorship and guidance, while also collaborating with Alliances, product development, sales, and marketing to drive product integrations and GTM performance. Additionally, the role involves monitoring the performance of joint initiatives with CSPs, tracking KPIs, and ensuring adherence to company confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
