Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience in a customer/partner-focused sales engineering role and in the unified communications industry. They possess excellent technical and communication skills, are experienced in Voice, Video, Contact Center, VOIP network architecture, and technologies like SIP, and have experience training on technical solutions. Experience with UCaaS vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, or Ringcentral is required, along with fluency in Arabic and the ability to communicate effectively with all customer levels.

Responsibilities

The Partner Solution Engineer will maintain and build strong relationships with partner pre-sales teams, acting as the technical point of contact for Zoom and its partners. They will provide technical expertise to onboard partners and enable them in selling, implementing, and managing the Zoom UCaaS and/or CCaaS platform. This role involves collaborating with Zoom CAMs and pre-sales teams on partner technical enablement strategies, working with partner technical teams on opportunities and projects to ensure high-quality customer deliverables, and participating in key partner technical escalations to expedite issue resolution.
