Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 2–4 years of experience in a sales or customer success function within a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external teams
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain results-driven relationships with key partners to drive demand and adoption of FreedomPay’s products
  • Lead and manage partner enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support joint planning and execution of strategic programs
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for partner-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across stakeholders
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, product, and partner teams to support partner success
  • Track and report on partner enablement activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and scalability
  • Support the development and implementation of self-service resources and tools for partner managers and external partners
  • Act as the primary liaison for FreedomPay’s partnership leadership team and external partner contacts
