Responsibilities

Act as liaison between Procurement Contracts, PS Operations, Resource Management, and partner organizations to optimize business processes
Manage all procurement contracts, purchase orders, and time tracking activities for 70+ partners and individuals
Oversee timesheet process, including implementing proactive reminders, tracking late submissions, and submitting Jira requests for late data or corrections (80+ WS timesheets weekly)
Manage white shirt (WS) forecasts: work with RMO on new project assignments, WS availability, project extensions, project code assignment, WS rates, and provide weekly forecast reports to 100+ WS and 25+ partners
Review Coupa PO reports weekly to verify funds for 100+ POs, notify of change requests to add funds, and update partners
Prepare sub-SOW contracts (non-WS): submit to procurement and facilitate review and signatures (5+ per month)
Prepare new SOWs and SOW renewals for WS, work with HR and Procurement to finalize (15+ per month)
Facilitate HR onboarding and new hire orientation for 30-60 new resources in AMS/EMEA region for WS and partner pass-through projects
Optimize timesheet processes for efficiency and accuracy, provide training and support to team members for compliance
Manage partner relationships, including onboarding new partners, reviewing contracts, managing forecasts, and handling escalations
Become subject matter expert on timesheet processes and partner management
