Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in partner or sales management with solid expertise in managing long-term partnerships
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to negotiate confidently on equal terms
  • Customer orientation and strong organizational skills to reliably meet partner needs
  • Proactive, resilient, and motivated approach to taking on new challenges and expanding partnerships
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for on-site partner meetings and trade shows

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strategically develop existing partnerships, conducting regular target discussions to achieve joint growth goals
  • Organize and lead regular digital Jour Fixe meetings and conduct personal on-site meetings to ensure direct partner exchange
  • Create individual offers and contracts for partners and seamlessly take over new partnerships from the NewBiz team
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, network with potential partners, and strengthen existing relationships
  • Collaborate closely with Support, Customer Care, and Product Management teams to implement partner requirements and optimize processes
