Requirements

  • 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years closing new business in a partnerships role
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a high-velocity environment
  • Experience in the developer productivity tooling space a plus
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality — you thrive with autonomy and ownership
  • Comfortable running a full-cycle sales motion: from cold outreach to negotiation to expansion
  • Curious and coachable: you seek feedback and act on it
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, or similar CRM a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing new partnerships with top-tier SaaS partners
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with our partners to help them grow their business with mabl
  • Organize demos and POCs for the potential partners; and deliver enablement, training, and resources to activate and deepen partner adoption
  • Proactively manage your partner revenue pipeline, hitting monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the partner experience and capture feedback
  • Represent mabl at industry events, on partner calls, and in demos to position mabl as the #1 AI-native test automation platform
