Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading a large portfolio of SAAS clients
  • 5+ years leading direct reports at a Director level
  • Extensive experience leading projects through the full lifecycle
  • Proven track record of building and managing strong teams
  • Demonstrated ability to meet financial and operational targets
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Located within the Detroit, Michigan area
  • Able to travel up to 25% by car, plane, or other means, including overnight stays
  • Master's degree in a technical field or other relevant fields (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and networking within the automotive manufacturing sector (Lead Generation)
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing SaaS solutions (Sales Presentations & Demos)
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals; develop tailored proposals and solution roadmaps (Consultative Selling)
  • Lead negotiation discussions, close sales by positioning solution value, overcoming objections, and aligning with business goals (Negotiation & Closing)
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) (Sales Reporting)
  • Assist the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transition from sales to implementation and setting clear expectations/timelines (Client Onboarding)
  • Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact (Relationship Building)
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and present new features/services (Account Growth)
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, address concerns/challenges, and implement strategies for high retention and renewal (Customer Retention)
  • Collaborate with customer support and technical teams to resolve post-sale issues and ensure full platform utilization (Client Support)
