Requirements

  • Available for part-time schedule: Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (subject to change)
  • Weekday availability to report to WeWork location in Los Angeles
  • Ability to work with variety of members or focus on Enterprise clients, adapting to different holidays, systems, operations, relationships, and property management

Responsibilities

  • Greet all members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Cover the front desk during building’s set business hours and serve as on-site point of contact at the Community Bar
  • Register and check in visiting guests in accordance with WeWork’s guest policies
  • Provide orientation of spaces and relevant information to first-time visitors and guests
  • Issue and collect keys from members and guests as needed
  • Keep the front desk clean, organized, and free of clutter at all times
  • Notify members of food deliveries and packages
  • Learn names of members and guests, get to know their businesses, and build relationships to foster community
  • Track relevant member notes and information in WeWork systems
  • Answer questions from members and guests knowledgeably and offer appropriate WeWork products and solutions
  • Identify opportunities to celebrate members’ successes and milestones
  • Know and explain WeWork policies and procedures
  • Support Community Management team with front desk operations, including mail and package handling
  • Ensure building is fully operational and make adjustments as needed
  • Take direction from Community Associate, Community Lead, and Community Manager to support the team
  • Be an expert in WeWork products and services and promote them to members and guests
  • Illustrate WeWork’s core values while working towards the mission
