Responsibilities

  • Greet all members and guests warmly and welcomingly
  • Cover the front desk during building business hours as the on-site point of contact at the Community Bar
  • Register and check in visiting guests per WeWork policies
  • Provide orientation and relevant information to first-time visitors and guests
  • Issue and collect keys from members and guests as needed
  • Keep the front desk clean, organized, and free of clutter
  • Notify members of food deliveries and packages; handle mail and packages
  • Learn names of members and guests, track relevant notes in WeWork systems, and build relationships
  • Answer questions knowledgeably and promote appropriate WeWork products and solutions
  • Identify and celebrate members’ successes and milestones
  • Explain WeWork policies and procedures to members and guests
  • Support Community Management team with front desk operations and building functionality
  • Ensure building is fully operational and make adjustments as needed
  • Take direction from Community Associate, Community Lead, and Community Manager
  • Illustrate WeWork’s core values in all interactions
