Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by coaching sales team using StoreForce dashboard, adjusting shop floor structure, owning segment results, and celebrating achievements
  • Deliver world-class customer experience by leading by example, observing consultations, collaborating with team, exceeding sales goals, and educating on brand values through shop/community engagement and events
  • Increase product knowledge through constant learning and provide informed recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors/peers on sales techniques and product knowledge; lead by example, own personal development, seek feedback
  • Promote DEIB by encouraging open communication, listening to perspectives, fostering belonging, teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing contributions
  • Manage cash handling (transactions, register open/close, reconciling drawers, deposits, securing store/bank runs)
  • Lead by example on attendance/punctuality, monitor breaks, review communications/task lists for team preparedness
  • Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store through merchandising and visuals
