Responsibilities

  • Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard, coach sales team, adjust shop floor, own results, and celebrate achievements
  • Deliver world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations, consultations, and exceeding sales goals
  • Educate customers on Lush brand values via shop interactions, community engagement, store parties, and traffic-driving initiatives
  • Increase product knowledge through learning and provide recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Lead personal development, assess performance, seek feedback and opportunities
  • Encourage open communication, listen to DEIB perspectives, promote teamwork, collaboration, and value unique contributions
  • Manage cash handling, transactions, register opening/closing, reconcile drawers, prepare deposits, secure store, and take deposits to bank as required
  • Lead by example in attendance/punctuality, monitor employee breaks, review communications, and ensure team preparedness
  • Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store through merchandising
