Responsibilities

  • Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard for coaching, feedback, and shop floor adjustments to meet/exceed goals; take ownership of results and celebrate achievements
  • Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations, observing consultations, and exceeding daily sales goals
  • Educate customers on Lush brand values in-shop and through community engagement, store parties, and traffic-driving initiatives
  • Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge; lead by example, assess performance, and seek feedback for self-development
  • Encourage open communication on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; promote teamwork, collaboration, and value unique contributions
  • Manage cash handling, including transactions, register opening/closing, reconciling drawers, nightly deposits, securing the store, and bank deposits as required
  • Lead by example in attendance and punctuality; monitor employee breaks, review daily communications, and ensure team preparedness
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store through visuals and merchandising
