Responsibilities

  • Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard to coach team, adjust shop floor structure, and exceed sales goals; take ownership of results and celebrate achievements
  • Deliver world-class customer experience by leading product demonstrations, observing consultations, collaborating with team, and exceeding daily sales goals
  • Educate customers on Lush brand values through shop interactions, community engagement, hosting store parties, and traffic-driving initiatives
  • Increase product knowledge through constant learning and provide informed recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge; lead by example, assess performance, seek feedback, and pursue development opportunities
  • Foster DEIB by encouraging open communication, listening to perspectives, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing unique contributions
  • Manage cash handling, customer transactions, opening/closing register, reconciling cash drawers, preparing deposits, securing store, and taking deposits to bank as required
  • Lead by example in attendance and punctuality; monitor employee breaks, review daily communications, and ensure team preparedness
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store through visuals and merchandising
