Responsibilities

  • Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard: coach/feedback sales team, adjust shop floor, own segment results, celebrate achievements
  • Deliver world-class customer experience: lead by example, product demonstrations, observe consultations, exceed sales goals
  • Build brand: educate customers on Lush values, community engagement, host store parties/traffic-driving initiatives
  • Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations
  • Train/coach Sales Ambassadors/peers on sales techniques/product knowledge; lead by example, seek feedback for self-development
  • Promote DEIB: encourage open communication, listen to perspectives, foster belonging, teamwork, recognize contributions
  • Manage cash handling, store opening/closing, register reconciliation, nightly deposits, bank runs as required
  • Ensure attendance/punctuality, monitor breaks, review communications/task lists for team preparedness
  • Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store through merchandising
