Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by coaching sales team using StoreForce dashboard, adjusting shop floor, owning results, and celebrating achievements
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by leading by example, observing consultations, collaborating with team, and exceeding sales goals
  • Build the brand by educating customers on Lush values, hosting store parties, community engagement, and traffic-driving initiatives
  • Increase product passion through learning and providing informed recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance and sales
  • Foster personal development by assessing performance, seeking feedback, and pursuing improvement opportunities
  • Promote DEIB by encouraging open communication, listening to perspectives, promoting teamwork, and valuing contributions
  • Manage cash handling, transactions, register opening/closing, reconciling drawers, nightly deposits, securing store, and bank deposits as required
  • Lead by example in attendance/punctuality, monitor employee breaks, review daily communications, and ensure team preparedness
  • Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store through merchandising and visuals
