Requirements
- Ability to work under time deadlines

Responsibilities
- Prepare and print documents, reports, and correspondence as needed for internal and external use
- Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure easy retrieval of records

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of clerical and administrative tasks
- Work designated work queues in support of defined work queue achievement and service level achievement metrics
- Complete tasks in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
- Make decisions quickly and in support of the best outcome for the customer
- Provide input to defined business processes to identify and drive continuous improvement in support of the customer experience
