Responsibilities

The Part-Time Campaign Operations Associate will manage setup components within the Ibotta application, communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices, anticipate issues and provide alternative methods, stay updated on system changes, educate impacted departments, identify and analyze technical problems alongside engineering and product teams, and work closely with the analytics department to target content. They will also identify error trends, implement procedures to mitigate errors, and build tools to reduce operational costs, while embracing Ibotta’s core values.
