Responsibilities

  • Leverage product knowledge to actively sell and style products, offering fit advice
  • Introduce and educate customers about the brand’s mission, values, and ethos
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset when interacting with customers
  • Show up to shifts on time with a can-do attitude
  • Be flexible through shifts, working in multiple zones and effectively communicating with the team
  • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Keep the store clean and tidy and maintain store presentation
  • Process, organize, and prepare inventory
  • Restock the sales floor throughout the day
