The average salary ranges from 1200 to 2000 euros gross or more, depending on performance, with a fixed 800 euros gross plus a variable part from sales results. During the first six months, the monthly salary is guaranteed at no less than 1200 euros gross.
This is an in-office position in the BTA office at Sporta iela 11, Riga, working weekdays from 8:30 to 17:00.
Candidates need good communication skills, experience in product sales over the phone, general secondary education, and strong Latvian language skills; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage. Readiness to learn about insurance products is also essential.
