Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in data analysis, software development, or technical consulting
5+ years’ experience in AI, machine learning, and model development and deployment
Proven experience with Palantir software solutions, including extensive experience with Palantir Foundry and its applications
Knowledge of analyzing data using tools like Code Workbook, Contour, and Quiver
Proficiency in languages such as Python, SQL, or R
Strong leadership and project management skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Ability to continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies
Excellent communication skills
Preferred: Strong background in data engineering/ETL ecosystems with Palantir Foundry, Cognizant, Python, PySpark, and Java
Preferred: Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Preferred: Certifications such as Foundry Application Developer, Foundry Data Analyst, or Foundry Data Engineer

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to a team
Participate in user interviews to understand technical and customer needs
Create data pipelines using Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Palantir software implementations
Ensure compliance with data security
Manage requests for customer-facing applications built within machine learning technologies
Translate business needs, challenges, and requirements into solutions that deliver value to the organization
Partner with data scientists, data gurus, and product owners to deliver products that drive decision making
Translate business requirements and build machine learning models through all phases of development
