Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Communications
  • Basic understanding of planning and management of biddable social and search campaigns
  • Minimum 1+ years relevant experience in paid media
  • Good quantitative and analytical skills
  • Experience using native social media analytics tools (Twitter, Meta Insights, etc.) & dashboarding solutions a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the Paid Media Manager with implementation of media campaign strategy for marketing and ecommerce
  • Align with other marketing divisions to develop digital marketing performance within the immediate team
  • Prepare & distribute weekly media results & act as the lead on quarterly roll ups for local marketing managers to ensure regular connection with local teams
  • Work with the Paid Media Manager on the development and planning of key account campaigns with key retail partners
  • Build connections with key media vendors to keep aware of any new media developments
  • Be the first point of contact for the media agency, aiding in campaign optimizations & tracking forecasts on budgets and results
  • Create and manage the UTM Link to ensure onsite reporting excellence
  • Encourage use of dashboard platform, identifying additional use cases within and across the business
  • Create monthly paid media updates & develop media & digital knowledge in local markets
  • Support future media projects working with Global HQ in Seattle and local teams such as switch of website platform & dynamic creative
