  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more
  • Partner with the Paid Media Marketing Manager on effective budget management to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns are within budget
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages for different campaigns
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to reach the right customers with the right message
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and optimization for search engine marketing campaigns
  • Continuously test and refine ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance through A/B testing
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and provide recommendations to the Paid Media Marketing Manager on how to increase ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with the Paid Media Marketing Manager, product line, and shared services teams on goals, content, and SEO to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing strategies
