Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
  • Effective collaboration skills to build solid relationships with team members
  • Positive and productive communication with colleagues
  • Attention to detail and adherence to established processes, including accurate documentation
  • Ability to work in a controlled clean area with adherence to GMP safety standards and PPE requirements (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
  • Ability to stand for full shift

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to production schedule by collecting necessary plates for the day
  • Operate dispensing line: feed plates into the line, check produced plates, and load onto trays for drying
  • Operate dryers and perform basic maintenance
  • Pack dried plates into foil pouches and box pouched plates into sales units
  • Assemble, bag, and/or pack accessory products as required
  • Reconcile batch numbers and manufacture ID seals
  • Perform general cleaning duties in controlled clean areas and packing room areas
  • Further duties and responsibilities as required and within the ability of the post holder
